Alarmed by numerous trojan waves, many of our customers have increased their online security. As a result, there are increasing requests for our document security, as more and more spreadsheets sent by us for result indication are classified as potentially dangerous and are not delivered. These spreadsheets do not contain macros: the functionality of the spreadsheets has been achieved through standard Excel functions. The tables are protected by passwords to prevent changes. As a result, some security software have recently started blocking our e-mails, as they cannot check the protected files for viruses and other malware.
LVU values data protection and data security very highly. Our systems are therefore constantly checked for malware so that our data is not infected and especially the file attachments sent by us do not pose a threat.
