After submitting results to our results server, participants receive a mail with the assigned evaluation number as well as another mail that the mail submitted did not contain an attachment.
This error message is usually due to the fact that the Out of Office Assistant (or another automatic reply rule) is activated when or immediately after sending the mail with the results.
Since the results server confirms the receipt of the mail, the Out of Office Assistant sends a Out of Office message (without attachment) to our system as a matter of duty. Consequently, our system informs you that you have sent us a message without attachment...
